Seeking out Professor Seminik in his isolated laboratory, Captain Video and the Video Ranger discover that Seminik's greatest creation, a robot calling itself Makino, killed his creator and now intends to enslave all Mankind!
Makino's first step is to eliminate any scientists who might be intelligent enough to devise a way to stop him...
Captain Kirk obviously studied the historical records of Captain Video's exploits and used similar tactics against other cybernetic intelligences a number of times in his space-going career!
