Captain's Library BILL & TED'S EXCELLENT COMIC BOOK "Bob Spelled Backwards..." Part 1

Here's the only never-reprinted issue from Marvel's sequel series to the second Bill & Ted movie...
...between issues #7 and #9, regular writer/artist Evan Dorkin missed the deadline, resulting in this...unusual...story in Marvel's Bill & Ted's Excellent Comic #8 (1992)...
We take a most-arbitrary break in the tale at this point, with the most profound advisory that you be here...
TOMORROW
...for the most totally-startling conclusion...sort of...of all!
Back in the day, comic book publishers actually cared about getting a book out on a regular monthly (or bi-monthly) schedule, no matter what the circumstances!
As a precaution, most titles had an "inventory" or "fill-in" story on-hand to stick into the production cycle if the regular writer/artist team couldn't finish on time.
The most important thing was that the fill-in story couldn't change any aspect of the already-existing story so that the ongoing plotline could continue where it left off!
So usually, the inserted tale was a flashback, dream, or an unimportant event occurring between the two regular issues.
In this case, time travel took care of not screwing up the continuity!
